Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any purchase made.
We do however, accept exchange(s) under the following conditions:
1. Photos and videos of package unboxing in its “original packaging” must be submitted as proof. This will also enable insurance claim procedure (if included) in shipping. We will not be able to accept any claim without such proof.
2. Item received is the wrong size, damaged/ defect or wrong item.
3. Item must be new, unwashed, unaltered, with all labels attached (including hangers, should there be any)
4. Item must be sent back to us in its original packaging. You may add additional layer of packaging should you deem the original one is inadequate.
5. Any intention of exchange should be confirmed with us within 3 days since package has been received.
6. We only accept one (1) exchange per order
7. We reserve the right to determine the exchange when the conditions above have been met.

2. Mail the package back to us within 3 days of package arrival. Any return and additional shipping fee will be borne by customers. Customers should be responsible for arrival of the return package.
3. We will contact you when the exchange has been approved and sent back to you.
